I'm Kelly and I am a 220-hour Certified YogaFaith Practitioner. I married my love Phillip in 1997 and we are aspiring minimalists living a simple life with our 2 fur children.
I found my calling to become a yoga practitioner at my sanctuary, the ocean. The salt air does me good, I came home a changed woman after my first yoga retreat. My gorgeous husband encouraged me as he always does. I resisted; this was not my dream….but God...it was His dream for me. I choose to surrender it all and follow hard and fast after the plans He had planned for me all along.
This must be what it feels like to truly be in His Will.
As a devoted yoga practitioner based in North Carolina, I am passionate about helping more people of all levels enjoy the benefits of yoga. I am a space maker; I invite you to meet me in this space and just be. When was the last time you inhaled, paused and exhaled?
Fun Fact: I am an entrepreneur at heart and own 2 other businesses. Both go hand in hand and are very dear to my heart.

This flowing class focuses on connecting our breath with movement. We will focus on building whole-body strength and stability in tandem with a carefully sequenced flow. Expect to build heat, have fun, and feel invigorated when you leave.

These feel good classes helps us to recognize your body. A slower paced class for all levels with a gentle exploration of your strength, balance and flexibility, through a mix of movements and breathing techniques. You’ll flow through a mix of traditional yoga postures aimed to open up your body and increase flexibility, and some newer, less traditional movements that achieve fantastic results. Each class will be a unique flow.

This class is the perfect antidote to a fast-paced lifestyle and a great compliment to other forms of yoga. Ease into a gentle yoga practice including stretching movements, immunity building techniques, and stress-releasing flows. As you feel more relaxed, you will be guided into restorative yoga postures to help bring the body into a state of balance and peace.

Slower paced class that uses a chair for support. Focus is on mindful movement of the body; and incorporating a variety of modifications using props, basic breathing techniques and meditation.

Ready to dive deeper into your practice? During your private yoga session, I will work closely with you to fine tune and personalize your mat time. We will work on your specific goals for flexibility, strength and meditation. Yoga is a personal practice. Give yourself the gift of private yoga sessions.
